Spent 7 hrs. in waiting room, no updates by Advisor. I had to go ask. After the 7 hrs, I paid my bill & started home only to have the same warning lights for “Service electronic brake system” warning ligh had to go ask. After the 7 hrs, I paid my bill & started home only to have the same warning lights for “Service electronic brake system” warning lights go off on the dash just like before I brought the car in for service!!! The problem was never fixed! More

Great atmosphere..dan was eager to show my girlfriend and I the car we had our eye on.he acted like we own the car already..he took his time in showing us the car features and answered all our questions..he I the car we had our eye on.he acted like we own the car already..he took his time in showing us the car features and answered all our questions..he said let's get a dealer plate and let you take a test drive . He said you can drive it now and see if u like it..we were shocked for him to let us do that. I came back next evening and everything was approved. He said fred the bank is going to pay your jeep off so u would only have one car note..Dan was awesome. Going the extra 60 miles. No thanks to Covid-19, I recently made a vehicle purchase from National Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram "virtually". A couple of email inquiries, a couple of text messages and I'm finally in the hands of Hadi Ahmedi. I knew they had the exact vehicle I was looking for but the logistics of an out-of-town purchase had me a bit aprehensive but Hadi came to the rescue and offered to deliver the vehicle to me 60 plus miles away. Not only that he did it personally on a Sunday when most people are at home with their families. I think most folks hate the car buying process but I have to say, I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend them and especially Hadi to anyone looking to make a change! More
