My last 3 Subarus have been purchased and maintained by Nate Wade. They have always been fair, accommodating and reasonable. Eric is simply amazing! He's very easy to get along with and honest. Bought a Forester from Nate Wade and was strongly encouraged to spring for the added windshield coverage. When my wife and I were on the fence about adding it, Paul in finance strongly/repeatedly ins encouraged to spring for the added windshield coverage. When my wife and I were on the fence about adding it, Paul in finance strongly/repeatedly insisted that we did. When I asked “what if we never use the protection related to the policy”, we were told we could recoup a portion of what we don’t use. But now Paul is denying this and refusing to admit fault and repeatedly called both my wife and me a liar simply because he “would never make a mistake like that”. At one point in the conversation Paul even said “I’m not going to apologize”. Buying process was fairly easy, but 1) don’t work with Paul and 2) use caution as they will lie and follow it up with complete unprofessionalism. More
