Definitely want to share my experience with Nate Wade Subaru. I brought my recently purchased used 2014 outback in because I was missing a spring that would allow my gas cap cover to release. Upon inspec Subaru. I brought my recently purchased used 2014 outback in because I was missing a spring that would allow my gas cap cover to release. Upon inspection it was discovered that I had a cam carrier leak and would need a cam carrier reseal which was going to be an expensive repair. I worked with Colton throughout the whole process and he was extremely helpful in explaining the status of car and the necessity of the repair. Being that I had purchased the car so recently I had an extended warranty that should've covered my oil leak but the claims process with the warranty company was extremely slow and tedious. Throughout the whole thing Colton stayed in close contact with me and was my biggest advocate when dealing with the warranty company. His diligence and ability to accurately pinpoint the failure eventually ensured that I would get coverage and that my car would be back to me as soon as possible. I am extremely appreciative of Colton's outstanding customer service and feel confident I could return to him with any car troubles in the future! More

I'm not sure I will buy a Subaru (I was in the market for a truck and peeked at an Outback at the urging of a friend) but wanted to recommend Dalton in sales. If he were selling a truck, I would buy from him a truck and peeked at an Outback at the urging of a friend) but wanted to recommend Dalton in sales. If he were selling a truck, I would buy from him. Very helpful, very friendly, not obnoxiously salesy like most of the other salespeople I have met in this process. Honestly, I considered the Outback just to deal with Dalton. More

I can't recommend both of them enough. When it came time to talk to the finance department Nick Poulos was a pleasure to work with. He walked through and explained everything concerning the purchase of my new vehicle.
