Poor listening when I have an issue. When I brought my car for a routine check and asked about a problem with the emergency brake clip, I was asked to be shown where the problem was. Aft When I brought my car for a routine check and asked about a problem with the emergency brake clip, I was asked to be shown where the problem was. After I got on the garage floor ( I'm a 64 year old female) because I was asked to show the service rep where the problem was (didn't matter- he wasn't listening) I went in to wait for routine service to be completed and I googled the issue and found out it was common - and Subaru extended the basic warranty to have the clips replaced. Poor communication. He acted like he had no idea about what I was talking about. Very defensive. I love my Subaru but am unimpressed with service. I also have a cracked windshield from shortly after (within the year of purchase) that had to do to the compounds used in the deicer (another issue of a 2015 outback) and it was never taken care of. I felt like I had to "prove" myself. Ugh. I haven't replaced it to remind me that I will not go to Nate Wade for my next Subaru. More
I receieved a buy it now offer when I checked the value of my leased subaru. I was interested but need to replace the car. Instead of helping me the salesman respoinded to my rqeuests with "we don;t have a of my leased subaru. I was interested but need to replace the car. On the other hand, Mark Miller Subaru listened to me, ordered exactly what I wanted. My new car will be here in October. Choose a dealer that listens and is reponsive to your needs. Nate Wade is NOT that dealer! More
