Good experience this time around I have to give the service department a great review on this visit. I didn't have to wait for an appointment, and the time they estimated for the serv I have to give the service department a great review on this visit. This is a really busy dealership and sometimes that works against them and us, as customers, and that's where I feel the negative reviews come from. But for me on this day, service was excellent. SAME when I picked it up . Who rotates tires and doesn't check pressure?? And wouldn't that be part of the Multi point inspection? #fail. More

Terrible communication and service Took my car in for a recall. They changed the oil, as part of the recall, but not the filter? Also, one of my brake lights was out. No one told me or Took my car in for a recall. They changed the oil, as part of the recall, but not the filter? Also, one of my brake lights was out. No one told me or offered to replace it. It was noted in the paperwork, which I saw later. They had my car for five days. Now I need to make another appointment for the brake light and filter. This kind of thing happens all the time here. Since buying my car in 2013. I’m looking for a new place for maintenance. More

Recall notice and oil change I called to make an appointment for a a recall on my Subaru and they told me the first available date was like 2 months out!! So, I called the dealers I called to make an appointment for a a recall on my Subaru and they told me the first available date was like 2 months out!! So, I called the dealership about the long wait before I could get this fixed. It was an important recall due to the braking system not working properly and a very big potential for an accident to happen. They told me to bring it in, keep in mind, it was on a Saturday and I did not have an appointment scheduled!! While I waited for about two hours they completed the service and did the recall for me. Thanks for going out of the way to help us out. More
