You did a fast job with the service, but There was a nice spot of grease on the drivers door that I had to clean. I just came away shaking my head on this. There was a nice spot of grease on the drivers door that I had to clean. I just came away shaking my head on this. More
Recall notice and oil change I called to make an appointment for a a recall on my Subaru and they told me the first available date was like 2 months out!! So, I called the dealers I called to make an appointment for a a recall on my Subaru and they told me the first available date was like 2 months out!! So, I called the dealership about the long wait before I could get this fixed. It was an important recall due to the braking system not working properly and a very big potential for an accident to happen. They told me to bring it in, keep in mind, it was on a Saturday and I did not have an appointment scheduled!! While I waited for about two hours they completed the service and did the recall for me. Thanks for going out of the way to help us out. More

On parking by one of the desks in the Service area, and although there were three service staff not attending to other clients, nobody approached my vehicle. I got out of the car. Still nobody approached me for several minutes when a fourth person appeared and took down my details. Detail-taking went smoothly, and I was ushered to the waiting area and told they would call me when the vehicle was ready. (It was expected to be quick since they did not have many clients that afternoon and all the car needed was its first oil change and the tires rotating). Over two hours later and still nobody had called me. So I went to the service area only to find my car parked and ready. According to the invoice it had been ready for about an hour by the time I went to check. Nobody had called me (or if they had, I had not heard and nobody had not bothered to follow up), and the service manager who had attended me at the beginning was no longer there. Another associate did my paperwork but in a very impersonal way. Bottom line: I do not plan to return there for further routine maintenance work. More

The service attend This was my second trip for the same problem. Last month I took my Impresser in for a recall service on brake lights not operating. The service attendant assured me that the lights were working fine after the service was complete. A few days later, I received a follow-up e-mail stating that there were safety issues with my vehicle. I contacted the dealership regarding the e-mail and was told that nothing showed in their system that there was any problem. On Sunday of last week-end, I was stopped and told that my brake lights were not working. I parked my car for the remainder of the day due to safety concerns. I took my car back to the dealership Monday morning. I was told that the lamps were burned out. I was required to pay $130.00 for the repair. Wait. What? This a recall issue that, apparently, not correctly addressed the first time, and now I’m required to pay for a recall. This is my second Subaru. The whole point for purchasing a second Subaru was quality and service. I am now questioning my assessment of both. More
Long time needed for a recall repair After receiving a recall notice on our 2012 Impreza in December 2018, we made an appointment to get the recall done in February. We drove 20 miles to After receiving a recall notice on our 2012 Impreza in December 2018, we made an appointment to get the recall done in February. We drove 20 miles to the dealership and were told they did not have the repair parts in and no one was trained to do the recalls. They rescheduled us for April, reconfirmed the appointment five times and then five minutes before we were due to leave the house, they called to reschedule. We rescheduled for June. After they reconfirmed the appointment, they tried to cancel again on the June service date. Since it was my third time scheduling the appointment, they agreed to take the car in. After 18 days, we finally got our car back (the recall note said it would take 7 hours). Thankfully they gave us a loaner car for the 18 days. More
Couldn't find the Hole Upon leaving work, I discovered that I had a completely flat tire. I had my car insurance tow my vehicle to the Downtown Nashville Subaru Dealership s Upon leaving work, I discovered that I had a completely flat tire. I had my car insurance tow my vehicle to the Downtown Nashville Subaru Dealership so that I could also get an oil change and have them fix my rear tail light that had a recall all in one swoop. The oil change and rear tail light were taken care of, however, they were unable to find the hole in my tire. After delaying my pick-up by two and half hours trying to locate the hole, they ended up simply pumping my tire with air, and sending me off. Three days later, when the flat tire returned, I took my car to Gateway Tire & Service Center- there they located the hole and repaired it within an hour. Although my oil change and recall services went smoothly, the fact that I had a recurring flat tire due to Subaru’s inability to find the hole- was annoying, and disruptive to my busy schedule. More
Took forever and no communication I took my 2012 car here for two recalls. The first time I showed up for my appointment I was told when I got there that they didn't have the parts eve I took my 2012 car here for two recalls. The first time I showed up for my appointment I was told when I got there that they didn't have the parts even though I had confirmed the appointment twice beforehand. They rescheduled me a month out. My second appointment I got a call 2 days before my appointment pushing me back even further. Dropping off the car the last time I was told the work would take 5 days but they may have my car up to two week. One month later and several phone calls later I finally got my car back. They had put me in a rental, but I had to deal with dropping the car off at the rental sucking an hour and a half out of my work day. I had been originally told that they were suppose to do that, but when it came time to pick up my car they told me I was misinformed. Interesting since the employee from the car rental agency told me that they pick up the cars from Subaru. Very frustrating service with lack of communication. More
