Service Department is Terrible I bought this certified Honda Civic on Jan 14 2013. I had issue with my AC in August 2013 and they said the AC drain needs to be cleaned and since it I bought this certified Honda Civic on Jan 14 2013. I had issue with my AC in August 2013 and they said the AC drain needs to be cleaned and since it was certified and still in warranty they fixed it for free. I again ran into the same AC problem a month later in September 2013 and this time they said the compressor was gone so they replaces it for free since it was still under warranty. In October 2013 I went back to the service department and told them that since the compressor was fixed something is not right as I feel vibration on gas pedal when AC is on, I was assured by mechanic that there is no problem. Being convinced I return home and since winter was already near I stopped using AC. Last week April 2014 I turned my AC on and found that the AC was no longer working again. Getting frustrated I called the customer service and I scheduled the appointment for Saturday 1:30 p.m. As u wanted the weather to be warn when they checked my AC. When I reached the service department I got aggravated further as the representative at service Department I should come back on Monday and drop the car as on its on week days only they have A Class technician. So I asked him that my AC was fixed three times on weekend and so you are stating that I came on Saturday that's the reason it was not fixed properly as you have no good Technician. The service department of Nardy Honda is the worst I have ever experienced. After paying more than the market value to buy a certified car I had to go through all this. In future I would never buy a car from this dealer and the service department is the worst with no good mechanics I guess. I wished I had never bought a car from this dealer :( More

It didn't take long to decide that I wanted to buy a 2013 Honda Acc I can't imagine you could find a better dealership than Nardy Honda of Smithtown. It didn't take long to decide that I wanted to buy a 2013 Honda Accord Sport. My sales person Charles Polizzano was extremely professional and patient and ready and willing to answer all of my questions, and believe me I had plenty! Charles guided me and my husband through our buying experience and was a pleasure to deal with. There were several cars on the lot in the color I wanted, and once I had made my decision, Charles brought the car that would be "mine" up front for me to see. I had never had a sales person do that for me before! There are no hidden fees and no gimmicks when dealing with Nardy, you get straight forward honest information. I felt at ease throughout the process and would highly recommend Nardy to anyone who is in the market to buy a new Honda. The showroom is immaculate. This is the 3rd Honda we have purchased from Nardy and I can tell you that their service department is absolutely tops. If you are looking for a stress free straight forward buying experience I suggest giving them a try! You will return again and again (as we did!). I bought two new cars from Nardy (2010 Honda Accord and the 2014 Honda Accord EX-L) and feel that Nardy really cares about their customers. Honda is a great brand but it's the staff at the dealership that makes the difference. For the past two years, I have wanted to upgrade my 2010 to the newly designed model but I had financed the car. Because of that, my salesman, John, was very honest...he would always tell me it wasn't the right time. I had to wait until it made sense to trade-in my car so I could cost-effectively upgrade. Last week, I was finally able to make the upgrade and I couldn't be happier. The 2014 is great and the deal went very smoothly. Even the finance department worked hard by looking outside of Honda Finance to make sure I would get the lowest financing rate possible, which I did. They made my dream of owning the new car a reality. They are very customer focused on both the sales and service side. And, I can tell you that if you aren't satisfied, they'll do everything they can do until you are. I don't feel I could ask for more in a dealership. More

I called for appointment, Frank in service took care of me , supplied me with a loner and car was ready as promised. Today, I returned for my first service, and after calling in and setting appointment date and time, was taken as promised. I was told it would be about an hour, and it was. I just want to comment about "attitudes". The only description I can give is that it is always GREAT! I was told when I leased the car that their service is good, but it really is GREAT!
