This dealership is awarded 1 star by me for its lack of customer response. I needed to sell my car that I had just purchased from this dealership and I contacted the salesperson (Allen Washington) by phon customer response. I needed to sell my car that I had just purchased from this dealership and I contacted the salesperson (Allen Washington) by phone FIRST for any assistance and he did not respond to my question. I then emailed the General Manager (Steve Safavi) and Finance Manager (Alan Robledo) in addition to Allen Washington - NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER PERSON. A simple response is required as common courtesy let alone as a business dealing with the public! Something simple such as No, I'm sorry we do not assist in the sale of cars after purchase. THAT'S IT. So yes 1 Star for LACK of communication to a former purchaser of one of your vehicles! More

As usual my work& wait time was fine. My issue was I fell due to a carpet runner at the door, it was very painful.
