WHEN WE ARRIVED AT JOHN MARAZZI NISSAN WE WERE GREETED BY OUR SALESMAN WHO I HAD SPOKEN TO BY PHONE AND THE COMPUTER. HE SAID IF WE TOOK THE 75 MILE RIDE TO NAPLES FROM PORT CHARLOTTE WE WOULD BE VERY HAPPY OUR SALESMAN WHO I HAD SPOKEN TO BY PHONE AND THE COMPUTER. HE SAID IF WE TOOK THE 75 MILE RIDE TO NAPLES FROM PORT CHARLOTTE WE WOULD BE VERY HAPPY WITH THE DEAL HE COULD GET US. WE RAN HIM BACK AND FOURTH TO THE MANAGER JAMES POOLE TO FIND A VEHICLE WE COULD AFFORD AND WOULD BE HAPPY WITH. HE DIDN'T COMPLAIN AT ALL. ON ONE OF HIS TRIPS HE BROUGHT THE MANAGER JAMES POOLE BACK OUT WITH HIM. I HAVE TO SAY IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. EVERYONE WAS SO CURTIOUS AND FRIENDLY. I would recommend Marazzi Nissan to anyone looking to buy a Nissan. Constructive criticism. The service desk area can become crowded or confused on a busy service day. While the staff does there best to help everyone in a timely manner, it can often feel like you are being ignored. I would suggest having a clear place for customers to wait. That way no one can cut in front of others and people understand when it is their turn. As much as everyone dislikes lines, I believe it will help. More
