WHEN WE ARRIVED AT JOHN MARAZZI NISSAN WE WERE GREETED BY OUR SALESMAN WHO I HAD SPOKEN TO BY PHONE AND THE COMPUTER. HE SAID IF WE TOOK THE 75 MILE RIDE TO NAPLES FROM PORT CHARLOTTE WE WOULD BE VERY HAPPY OUR SALESMAN WHO I HAD SPOKEN TO BY PHONE AND THE COMPUTER. HE SAID IF WE TOOK THE 75 MILE RIDE TO NAPLES FROM PORT CHARLOTTE WE WOULD BE VERY HAPPY WITH THE DEAL HE COULD GET US. WE RAN HIM BACK AND FOURTH TO THE MANAGER JAMES POOLE TO FIND A VEHICLE WE COULD AFFORD AND WOULD BE HAPPY WITH. HE DIDN'T COMPLAIN AT ALL. ON ONE OF HIS TRIPS HE BROUGHT THE MANAGER JAMES POOLE BACK OUT WITH HIM. I HAVE TO SAY IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. EVERYONE WAS SO CURTIOUS AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND A RELATIVE OR A FRIEND TO GO TO JOHN MARAZZI NISSAN FOR A NEW OR USED CAR. WE DECIDED ON A TOYOTA YARIS. MIKE HAD THE CAR CLEANED AND OUR PLATE PUT ON IT WHILE WE PAYED FOR THE CAR. THE CAR LOOKED PERFECT TO ME BEFORE THEY CLEANED IT AGAIN. AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, WE WERE SURPRISED WITH THE EASE OF PURCHASING A CAR THEIR. I WAS READY TO LEAVE WHEN MIKE INVITED US TO SPIN THE BIG WHEEL. FIRST PRIZE WAS A TRIP TO ITALY. I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO WIN THAT EVENTHOU WITH MY HEALTH WE WOULD NOT BEEN ABLE TO TRAVEL THAT FAR. I would recommend Marazzi Nissan to anyone looking to buy a Nissan. Constructive criticism. The service desk area can become crowded or confused on a busy service day. While the staff does there best to help everyone in a timely manner, it can often feel like you are being ignored. I would suggest having a clear place for customers to wait. That way no one can cut in front of others and people understand when it is their turn. As much as everyone dislikes lines, I believe it will help. More
