The lack of regard for customer care is evident; seven months prior, I enlisted your service for recalibrating the radar system in my 2021 Jetta SEL, which is a critical safety feature for modern vehicles months prior, I enlisted your service for recalibrating the radar system in my 2021 Jetta SEL, which is a critical safety feature for modern vehicles. However, to my disappointment, just seven months later, I was met with a refusal to provide the necessary adjustments and was presented with a new quote of approximately $600 for the service (there was also a 12-month warranty). They could not or would not show any damage to the vehicle that would have caused the radar to go out, nor any discount. This experience has deterred me from returning and led me to withhold referrals to friends and family who might need automotive services. The decision to overlook a customer's legitimate request has substantial repercussions, affecting not just customer loyalty but also the potential for future business. More
