I made 4 different trips and spent a total of 4 hours waiting trips to get a loose rear view mirror tightened only in the end to walk out with no rear view mirror at all on my car. The service team did not due the necessary homework to realize I did not have a factory windshield, the adhesive took 24 hours to cure, parts needed to be ordered, excuse after excuse. The service manager himself was good but his team seemed to do the minimum. More
