This dealerships service department is just there to scam there way to take your money I brought my truck into there service department for warranty work a few weeks ago they did the rear end seals on my tru there way to take your money I brought my truck into there service department for warranty work a few weeks ago they did the rear end seals on my truck then told me it was going to be 600 dollars for breaks I told them I could do them for much less now day you have to try to save every penny you can I did them on my own for 110 I wasn’t able to do them for two weeks after I got the truck back from the dealer in the meantime I had abs lights come on so I called and let them know they said that there electrical technicians was not there for the week I said that’s ok and made an appointment for when he was back I brought it to the appointment and they Had it in the shop for exactly 20 min to come out to tell me the speed sensor was broken and that the dust shields where not there I proceeded to tell them that the dust shields must of not been put back onto the truck when they did the work the first time and they told me that maybe I should of checked the truck out before I left with it. After that they told me my sensor was not covered under my extended warranty and said it would be 400 dollars to replace I said no if it’s not covered I will do it myself since the part is only 44 dollars then they gave me a bill for 200 dollars for the 20 minutes that they looked at it I told them that this is ridiculous that I am paying you 200 dollars for 20 minutes to look at it and possibly you are the ones that didn’t put the shields back on and causing the sensor to get damaged they then told me it is my place to inspected the work that was done. I did pay the 200 dollars and told them that I would never do business with them again. To anyone buying vehicles from them just remember to watch out for there service department. More
