Eric the front man is Great,he is kind and helpfull. Im 63 yrs old,a widow and I use a walker after having a hip replacement. I took my 21 Jeep Renagade in for a recall. They needed to take out both of Im 63 yrs old,a widow and I use a walker after having a hip replacement. I took my 21 Jeep Renagade in for a recall. They needed to take out both of the front seats to do the recall. When I got back in my Jeep the seats do not sit right and they never cleaned the carpet before replacing the seats !! The drivers seat is not able to raise up like it use to and the passenger seat is not in place right either !! Ive had a hard time getting to sit in the drivers seat to feel comfortable in it !!Before I could move the seat up and down as needed to beable yo see out the front of the Jeep and see the front end clearly not I can not ! More

It took three days to get my car back because no one read the appointment order or the work order and they didn’t undercoat the truck. No one called to say it was done when it was finished.
