They were friendly, professional & accommodating. Jen went out of her way to get us in when we were having an issue. She kept us informed during the entire process. Was a mixup in communication. I made appt 10 days prior but was not on schedule. I had my truck towed there on a Sunday. I called them first thing Monday to let them know why it was there and the woman that answered seemed annoyed to have to talk to me. I texted the number they contacted me on towards the end of the day and was told they are short staffed and will squeeze it in when they can. I waited until Wednesday afternoon to reach out again and got no response. I called on Thursday since the texting was getting nowhere and spoke with Jen I believe, she was great and kept me up to date on everything. I understand places are short staffed but when someone has an issue when out of town I feel like the least you can do is keep them up to date. More
Service was excellent! !! IT WOULD of been nice for NYE to help me out on bill .being the car only had 70000 miles and with blown head gaskets... I called Chrysler themselve !! I called Chrysler themselves and filed a complaint about cars problem...Chrysler did pick up $4400 of bill which was awesome of Chrysler, overall im pleased ..still sucks I had to pay $3000 but definitely better than $7400 More

Very good, it's quite hard to get 5. Only complaint: how long it took to schedule. I understand parts availability but needed to ask about the scheduled work appointment for Memorial Day Only complaint: how long it took to schedule. I had the worst experience with the service department. They lack communication to the owner about their vehicle. This is regards to early June appointment my back up camera stopped working & I was having issue with the stop/start. I had an appointment on Thursday in the morning. I dropped off the jeep on Wednesday night. No one bothered calling me I call Monday & got told the they ran the diagnostics on Saturday and the mechanic would call me back before they closed. No one bother calling me that night. I had a recall again on Tuesday morning then I got told they’re trying to get a hold of the extended warranty people to make sure it’s covered so they can call and order the part. I feel like that should’ve already been done a few days beforehand since they knew on Saturday. Then I called because I needed the vehicle on Thursday. And told him I would be by in the morning to pick it up around 10 10:30 AM and I would pay whatever I needed to until the part came in. OK sure no problem. We’ll have it ready for you. My car was still torn apart. I had to sit and wait for them to put it back together and they lied to me that there was a tow truck blocking it. I drove around outback there wasn’t as they were scrambling to put my car back together. Schedule my appointment to get the backup camera put in when they got the part asked at that point about a refund well the lady that doesn’t stay here today I said well can she call me nobody calls nobody answers her phone. This last visit that I went because the check engine light was on. Talk to the service manager about my refund and he said he would look into it and if I had one coming, I would get it. I said if you can, please contact me so I know heard nothing I called and then he acted like I was crazy. That’s not what he’s told me. He said he would just send out for it. I said I asked you to call me back just I will never get my vehicle from this dealership again due to the service department. More
