Very nice service department. Even though I purchased my 2023 Pacifica at Nye, they refused warranty work on my vehicle because Victory Chryslar in Rome performed warranty work on the same item months earlier. Chryslar warranty shou refused warranty work on my vehicle because Victory Chryslar in Rome performed warranty work on the same item months earlier. Chryslar warranty should be handled at all Chryslar dealers. Nye sells them but refuses to complete warranty work on them when they are still under warranty. More

Had trans pan gasket replaced due to small class 1 leak. Checked after three weeks of driving and it's still leaking. Had coolant flush done and I'm concerned that coolant system may not have enough coolant Checked after three weeks of driving and it's still leaking. The dealership did a good job of communicating what parts were needed for the repair and came up with an estimate that included all the parts. Then eventually, some of those parts were not needed and I was n were needed for the repair and came up with an estimate that included all the parts. tried to take us for $700 plus dollars for an issue that was clearly a warranty issue. and yes they did work on this vehicle twice. The tool that caused the problem was left by them.
