DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS “dealership”!! Long story short, they sold me a 2019 Chevy Impala that had previously been in an unreported accident so of course, the buyer doesn’t have an idea, needed a bun short, they sold me a 2019 Chevy Impala that had previously been in an unreported accident so of course, the buyer doesn’t have an idea, needed a bunch of work done to it (new battery, tires, starter, the car didn’t even have a windshield reservoir). Super unprofessional and scammers to get a little change. More

I called ahead to confirm the price and that additional fee were minimal saying I was driving an hour and fifteen minutes to get there. I showed up and get hit with a $2000 fee for delivery and destination fee were minimal saying I was driving an hour and fifteen minutes to get there. I showed up and get hit with a $2000 fee for delivery and destination for a vehicle being sold “as is”. Sales associate claimed they have additional costs and that the vehicle was from Chicago. It was a NY car in fact. It was missing a piece of door trim. (So much effort on that delivery for a 2 year old vehicle). The guy then says we just use that price to get you in the door!!! He bids me 20% below market on my trade in. I tell him I’m not doing that deal. He says what does it take to earn your business? I won’t bore you with the rest of the discussion that resulted in an unchanged price and delivery fee. What a ridiculous charade. I went to Toyota and dealt with honest people and transparent pricing all done on the phone and then unchanged at the dealership. $50 in fees. More
New name same bad business practice they used to be Long Island auto find. Untrustworthy people from the listing online to the bs they tell in person. When I was looking to get my first car I saw the listin Island auto find. Untrustworthy people from the listing online to the bs they tell in person. When I was looking to get my first car I saw the listing online and brought the 2500 like stated online and was told I needed a bigger deposit for the car I was looking to buy. The next day I came with 3k spoke to the sales person about getting into the car I was told now I need 4K instead of the 3 I was previously told and that I would need a cosigner. This I understood because I was young and didn’t have a lot of credit history so I brought my mom whom had great credit along with the 4K. Before we started the paperwork I asked how much my payment would be was happy with the payment, started the paperwork I was eager to sign but mother wanted to look over everything. The number on the paperwork was a lot higher than what was previously mentioned and the interest rate was way too high for having someone cosign with high 700s credit. After I left and swore I would never do business with them. I understand mistakes could have been made in the paperwork but it didn’t feel like a mistake dealing with them they didn’t seem trustworthy but I was so in love with the car at the time I overlooked it. Thank god I had an extra set of eyes to look out for my best interest. if I could give a zero star I would More
Don’t be wooed by the low online advertised price. Check every component of the car you see online and make sure EVERYTHING you discuss with sales is included in the written up in the contract or they will every component of the car you see online and make sure EVERYTHING you discuss with sales is included in the written up in the contract or they will NOT honor it. They add a $2,990 certification fee to ALL CARS that supposedly extends lemon law coverage from 30 days to 6 months, though they never put anything in writing in the contract stating as such. They advertised a Corolla XLE but sold me an LE with a dent on the rear bumper that they promised to fix but never did, without floor mats even though I specifically mentioned that it must be included, broken hub caps, missing air pressure covers, mismatched tires, and a broken wiper that literally flew off of my car while driving the day after I bought the car. I have called there 4 separate times and left a message with both Darryl and the GM/finance person and I personally spoke to Ashley and Tiffany and Anthony. Everyone I speak to on the phone is polite but they always say only Darrell or the GM can help me. I am NOT ok with how they have avoided my calls and messages for 3 days in a row. While talking with the sales person and the sales manager, I was taken aback by the certification fee because it was way above and beyond any “fees” mentioned by other dealerships. I stated this outright so the manager proceeded to show me a cargurus search on the pricing of Corolla XLE’s in a 500 mile radius. He showed me that his car was priced the cheapest by a large margin. What I did NOT know at the time was that the car wasn’t even an XLE!!!! It is an LE and Kelley blue book lists the fair market price $2K below the XLE trim so it was a total bait and switch! I was struggling with these surprise fees so I asked the manager Darrell to write out what I thought was the final cost of the car including taxes, fees, DMV, and interest. He did not write up taxes on the purchase price of the car (he based it on the cost after the down payment which ended up being $500 off) and then he calculated the interest on the loan as a flat percentage instead of calculating the true APR, which ends up being an additional $3,000 that I will pay over the life of the loan, once the GM/finance actually typed up the contract. Don’t shop here. I went thinking I was getting a great deal on a simple, sensible car but I left with an extremely bitter taste in my mouth from the whole experience. I will be exploring all possible options of recourse as I believe I was intentionally misled throughout the whole sale and I want to warn anyone else thinking of going here. More
