By far, the worst car buying experience I've ever had!!! since 1 star is the lowest rating i can give, they get 1 star, they deserve 0 stars!! they ar By far, the worst car buying experience I've ever had!!! since 1 star is the lowest rating i can give, they get 1 star, they deserve 0 stars!! they are your best friend till you sign on the dotted line, then your life is ruin. I made a mistake by signing before the car was detail. when i went to close on deal the next day, the car had scuff marks, scratches and smelled like some smell i can't explain. The sales guy says to me, the detail guy was off yesterday, bring it any time to get it professional detail, it will look like it just came out of the show room. i text the sale guy and told him i need it detailed and and sunday is the only time i can drop it off. He says, " Not on sundays". so I said "what about monday?" he said "fine, come 9:30am" I took the day off, drop the car off and paid a cab for $25 to get home. so now I don't have a car to get around, taking cabs everywhere i have to go, plus an additional $25 to go and pick up the car. they call me at 5 pm and tells me that they need to hold the car an additional day so i won't ruin the detail work they performed. i told them i can not be without a car, i need the car to get back to work. so that point they offer to give me a loner car. I told them i would be there be closing time (8 pm). I took a cab and got there by 6 pm. the car was as filty as i drop it off, they lied to me!!! I was so irate that i spent about $100 in cab fares to get around that dayand they didn't even touch the car. I then research the car value, looks like i over paid by $8000 retail value. went shopping to refinance the loan and got a quote of 3 points less than was given by that crooked "arthur bieler III", the finance guy. but only if i bring the loan $8000 down from my own money, cause the car is value at $8000 less than I purchase from " NY Off Lease". Do not let them run your credit. go finance from some where else. Better yet, Don't buy a car from those guys. They are crooks!!! I have pictures and texts and recorded phone calls to prove it More
