The people I have interacted with there are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was able to get my appointment quickly, and parts I needed to add to my vehicle were available. Maintenance is very pushy to sell repairs but fails to perform basic tasks like changing the oil when requested. I had my car in for recall work and was also due for an oil change which I requested . The oil change was not done however they gave me a report of 8 things that needed to be done immediately. The oil change did too. I have learned to have a second mechanic review the reports and determine what is necessary. If I didn’t have free oil changes for life I don’t know how often I would go to the dealership. Now during a very busy few weeks I have to find time to go back and have the oil change done. Sure would have been nice if they would have taken the initiative to know it was time and done it instead of both ignoring my request and not seeing that as one of the services that needed to be performed immediately.
