I went there for an oil change and a tire repair. It took an hour and a half to fix the tire and another hour for an alignment that was supposed to take 25 minutes. No communication except when I walked over to ask a question. The service person was gone at 5:00 and I was still there until 5:30. (3:00-5:30!) The car radio was changed as well as the info screen - which I can’t get changed back. When I left I was told my car was in the parking lot. After walking around the lot I found it right next to the building. I have always gone to My Subaru in Muskegon and the service and customer service were great. I wish you had not moved. I’ll go somewhere else. More
