The customer service was totally different this time. I was told after the fact that there was another client that had to be done for understood reasons. Both KaCey and Katie were great as I purchased a new 25' Crosstrek from them. KaCey just didn't schedule us a time, which when my wife and I showed up he still made time for us despite his busy schedule. Ka Crosstrek from them.
