The customer service was totally different this time. I was told after the fact that there was another client that had to be done for understood reasons. Both KaCey and Katie were great as I purchased a new 25' Crosstrek from them. KaCey just didn't schedule us a time, which when my wife and I showed up he still made time for us despite his busy schedule. Ka Crosstrek from them. KaCey has good morals, which I believe also helps keep sales people grounded to offer what people need more than what they want. However, I would recommend dealing with Subaru as they have an outstanding workforce to consider future business with. You won't find a better place nor staff. More

I lease my vehicle, I have never had 4 different things on my car being suggested I replace them when I came in for an oil change. I've only driven it for 20 months.
