Great vehicle, fair price, sloppy paperwork I waited at the car I wanted to test drive for 20 minutes; had to go inside dealership to request a salesman's help. No salesmen were working (Tuesda I waited at the car I wanted to test drive for 20 minutes; had to go inside dealership to request a salesman's help. No salesmen were working (Tuesday evening) so one of them had to be called to come in. Waited another 20-30 minutes. Test drove the vehicle; went through the "art of negotiation" (as usual with car dealerships) instead of just getting to the point. Salesman didn't go over the vehicle (how to turn on lights, work radio, windshield wipers, etc). Paperwork had incorrect address typed on it although salesman wrote it down from my driver's license correctly. Missing back floor mats. Had to return the following night to redo paperwork. Had to come back for 2nd key a week later. Then received a telephone call from my bank; wife and I were being investigated from fraud -- check wasn't properly completed or endorsed so our bank thought we had falsified loan paperwork and took the money personally. Not pleased! More

Vince stayed in constant contact with me throughout the day on Wednesday until everything was approved, and we found the right Ford for me. I went in on Wednesday night and walked out with a brand new 2014 Ford Focus!
