Dissapointed I was approved by Ford Credit for a car purchase / lease the day before I arrived at Murphy Ford to pick up a new car. I asked Vince not to run my cr I was approved by Ford Credit for a car purchase / lease the day before I arrived at Murphy Ford to pick up a new car. I asked Vince not to run my credit report again, so as not to have multiple inquires that reduce your credit score. He said no problem. Two days later I was informed by the credit bureau that I had 2 inquires, 1 from Ford Credit and 1 from Murphy Ford. Having 2 inquires in a short time lowered my credit score by 50 points. This is totally outrageous and not excusable. More

The 2 cheokees were the best so when my 1999 cheokee was totaled (not by me) i was headed to family jeep now in phila . but back in feb my son -in-law was in desperate need of a work truck for his job as a forman to tote employees but credit was bad so after hitting car dealers in pa & del garnet ford was ready to help with a co-siigner but i had friends down on the luck who said murphy ford worked with u. So i took him to chester & James Mc QUAD tried with Keiht MIlls to do every thing possibel to get him in a truck i was the answer so i signed the papers & he drove away the same day with a FORD 150 that he babied & drove to maine for vacation . But he passed away at 43 from a heart condition. \ Luck was not with me when my liberty was totaled i also need a vehilce with $40,000 loan against me .
