I had an appointment for a recall on my 2022 Bronco. 7:00 am. It took 3 weeks to get that appointment. I arrived at 7:03. I was greeted by Boris. He was friendly and informative. He took my information 7:00 am. It took 3 weeks to get that appointment. I arrived at 7:03. I was greeted by Boris. He was friendly and informative. He took my information and got me started quickly. Mid conversation I realized I need wheel locks added to my service visit. He showed me to parts. Parts for me wha to needed and Boris said he would call me when complete. Maybe in 2 hours. I left and shortly after for a call. Boris stated that my car was ready and I could pick up. Unfortunately I would have to come back for the recall issue. I was told that there was no way to know until car arrived if the recall download was available. I did get new wheel locks. Not a complete waist of time. Who returns the hours that you spend to get to these appointments. Now I have to wait and make another appointment. No fault of Boris. His kindness and generosity make the experience so much better. A call before I arrived would have solved this debacle. Thank you More
I've been going to Fox Ford Lincoln for a couple of years at this point. Each time I've gone it has been a lovely encounter. The science between the staff is unbelievable. April made certain that the work got done while I waited. Was in and out in the expected time frame. April has been great each time she has acted as my service rep. More

My 5 yr old battery died. Called Ford roadside service at 2:44. The tow truck came at 3:30 and jumped it so I could drive to the dealer. The service department is great. Just wish they had loaner cars available. This alone might make me rethink getting another Ford. I waited for almost a year for my Mach-e and never heard from the salesman. More
