I've been to a lot of Toyota dealerships (I drive further to come to this location) and this one is my favorite as far as the customer service aspect. I consistently receive great and fast service. I feel so spoiled and Josh never gets impatient with my 101 questions; even if it is about a simple oil change. He guides me thru everything and works as someone of genuine integrity. Nothing against anyone else, But Josh was the first service rep I've dealt with and he's the one I trust 10+ visits later. Thanks Josh!! Also thank you to the one mechanic (can't remember his name) who mainly works on my truck. He does great work, a humble guy, and knows his stuff! This particular dealership is not greedy and really seems to genuinely care about the customers satisfaction and safety. Thank you!! More
They made it right in the end. I brought my 08 Rav4 in for service because it was making a squealing sound. I figured it was probably a bad belt and/or pulley, which is what they found. A couple days later they called saying the vehicle was ready so I road my bicycle 16 miles to pick it up. After I payed I hopped in the car, noticing they washed it inside and out. I turned the engine over and it was still making the sounds. So I pulled right back into the service garage and said "this sure sound fixed to m." I probably wasn't as polite as I could have been. None the less Mike Young leapt into action, he offered a free loaner car, and promised he would try to get it looked at the next day and give me a call. (if it wasn't 5 minutes before they closed I am sure he would have had it in that very day). The service team found that in addition to the belt and pulleys needing to be replaced that the alternator was also chirping. The took care of the issue and didn't charge me a penny more. I have worked in the service industry for 15 years and know how tricky and illusive problems can be, but in the end it comes down to the customer service and these guys did a great job. We also had made an appointment for service the following Saturday. We were just as impressed with service advisor Stefanie Ward. She was polite, courteous and very helpful. Our vehicle was finished when promised. We will definitely shop at Mungenast Toyota again for any future vehicles and will tell our friends and family of our wonderful experience as well. More

Excellent Service!!! I take all my vehicles and my daughters Camry to Alton Toyota. Six vehicles in all. Last servicing was done on 11-25-2014. Kevin Gryzmala made arrange I take all my vehicles and my daughters Camry to Alton Toyota. Six vehicles in all. Last servicing was done on 11-25-2014. Kevin Gryzmala made arrangements to get my 2007 Tundra Limited in on 11-24-2014 and completed on 11-25-2014. I chose to drop it off and left for a day. That way there is no rush, in case another customer has an emergency issue, it can be handled. I had an oil and filter change, they fixed all recalls, replaced both wiper blades (New type of high quality) priced higher than I normally would pay, but not by much. Also, with the discount coupons it's like getting them for free anyway. Cleaned and oiled my K and N cold air induction filter ( priced very fair considering they use K and N oil kit and labor included). They replaced normal engine air filter, and washed, waxed, cleaned wheels and shampooed carpet. (For free I had trash in the bed of the truck, that was frozen when the Tundra was brought in cleaned out) While washing the truck they discovered cement on paint and one rim. Removed what they could with no extra charge and because I do have all my servicing done there, they buffed out my headlamps for free and found three discount coupons for me. I had misplaced the one I had at home. It saved me some money, which Kevin did not have to do. On my next oil change, which I use 100% synthetic oil, and the transmission oil changed (transmission oil is not only changed, but.they do a cleaning process with it. I tow a 10,000 pound trail and two smaller ones. I am at 81,000 miles and the transmission oil is just now starting to lose its redness, it's do for a change soon). I will have the cement removed off of my rim. All the work done, was excellent. All the employees involved need a thanks, but not sure of their names. Bad memory on my part. Over 5 years of going to Alton Toyota, they have treated me as like I was a family member. Everyone in the Service department, car rental and all cashiers are friendly and waste no time in getting things done. Making sure you are pleased with their service. I recommend anyone with a disability, or not and even if you do not own a Toyota, it's worth using Alton Toyota's service department. They will work with you. (Other vehicles I take there; Corvette, Jeep, Honda Civic, Camry, and the Honda Odydessy) I would say, use my name, but the treatment to you would be the same. The more routine service done there, could get you a good deal on a new or used vehicle bought there. Feel free to mention my name then. They give out 150 dollars for friends sent. Just kidding. It's always nice to deal with professionals, who all have good demeanors, and then having the confidence that all the work was done right. Additional information, if for any reason you feel something wasn't done right, Kevin the service manager should be contacted. Any issues will be addressed in a professional manner. When my husband and I arrived Ryan asked if we received his voicemail he left a few minutes after we spoke. The van was under another sales person but what is our budget we have other vans to look at. My husband and I recieved no voicemail and left the dealership immediately. This is an extremely poor sales tactic and was a huge waste of our time. We got a babysitter for our 2 children so that we could look at vans because we are expecting our third child in a month. We wasted 2 1/2 hours to look at the van Ryan told us was still available an hour earlier. Then he lied about calling and leaving a voicemail. You would expect better from a dealership with the name Mungenast on it. More
I went to the dealership Saturday afternoon to look at a Hyundai Sonata that was on the web site. I was told that that specific car (hp9400) had been sold that morning. Well, it had been on the site for 3 Hyundai Sonata that was on the web site. I was told that that specific car (hp9400) had been sold that morning. Well, it had been on the site for 3-5 days already, so I figured I was too late. Now, here it is Monday afternoon, and that exact car (hp9400) is on the website. Confusing to me is what it is. It seems to me that I was lied to. I don't really appreciate that at all. I may not trust this dealership ever again. Your loss. More
