I waited 3 1/2 hours for new tires, an alignment and a replaced wheel well cover. No one spoke to me all this time and when I asked at the 3 hour mark why it was taking so long, the person talked down to replaced wheel well cover. He also talked me into an alignment when I told him I couldn't afford it and said that it would void my tire warranty if I didn't get it. More

I brought my car in for a recall. I also mentioned a rattling which started in the past day or so. They checked it all out and said the air filter was missing and the canister was left open. I will never take my car anywhere else for so much as an oil change since apparently the last place I used took out my air filter and failed to tell me! What next, they won't remember the oil? All work done at this dealership has been 5 stars! I have to say there is one service person that I do not particularly care for so I feel very compelled to write this review since I received exceptional service from Brian Prueitt. Brian should be running the entire show here as far as I'm concerned. He was so friendly and personable. He didn't talk down to me (as one of the other service advisors does) and even told me the car was in pretty good shape for being at 134K, but could use a tune-up. I knew it needed done and had it in my plans anyway. He could have tried to get me to spend even more money, but he didn't. Everything he mentioned was exactly what I thought it needed. True, I wasn't planning on spending a dime when I brought it in, but it really did need a bit of TLC. We got a mile or two down the road after servicing and heard a new vibration noise (the previous one was fixed by taking care of the air filter issue). We brought it right back and apparently a window bolt wasn't tightened all the way. They took it back in, tightened it, and we were on our way. A minor annoyance since I had a tired kid with me, but they were very apologetic and even the man who serviced it personally apologized and said he was the one who made the mistake. Someone admitting they messed up, saying they're sorry, and fixing it...making it right. Wow, what a novel idea right? I am so glad this service department knows how to treat their customers. Brian Prueitt and the Service Technicians at this dealership made my day. Next time I make an appointment, I will make sure Brian is there. Exceptional service really makes me want to keep utilizing this dealership. Thank you Brian for your hard work and pleasant attitude. I appreciate you! More

My wife and I had the Toyota Highlander SE catch our eye as we felt it was time for a new vehicle for myself with our growing family. After a poor experience with another local metro-east Toyota dealership as we felt it was time for a new vehicle for myself with our growing family. After a poor experience with another local metro-east Toyota dealership that involved a low-ball offer for my trade-in and a rude ending courtesy of one of their sales managers, and I was eager to find a better deal and friendlier staff. I sent out requests for onlines quotes for the vehicle we were interested in and was immediately contacted by Gordon the next day. I told Gordon what we were looking for. Gordon was very friendly and direct. He got the information on my trade in and was able to give me a rough estimation for it over the phone, sight unseen, which was a SIGNIFICANT improvement over the other Toyota dealership and very fair price. I brought in the car the next day and, after some up-close inspection, Gordon (and the used-care staff) was able to offer me EXACTLY what he quoted me over the phone. He had located the Highlander I wanted from another dealership and we had agreed on a final price for the Highlander and trade-in within minutes. All of this happened meanwhile he was actively helping about 3 other customers too, though I never felt snubbed. Gordon and the rest of the staff were very open and very friendly and I was very pleased we were able to find a reasonable price for our new car and trade-in. We would be happy to do business with Alton Toyota again and will likely start our search there if/when it comes time for a new vehicle. Thanks so much for a great and easy car-buying experience!!! I bought a 2013 Prius 3 from Mungenanst Toyota using the USAA car buying program. This dealership was the only dealership of all the dealerships USAA referred me to that would make an effort to get the sun USAA car buying program. This dealership was the only dealership of all the dealerships USAA referred me to that would make an effort to get the sunroof option with the exterior/interior color combination I wanted (Sea Glass Pearl/Misty Gray)... and I got it! Evan was professional, friendly, and very knowledgable. He coordinated with other dealership personnel to find the car, get the car to the dealership, have everything installed, and ensure I was satisfied before I signed the paperwork and forked over the check. The prices on both the car and trade were fair, and the paperwork was easy to understand and didn't contain any "mysteries." They even provided me with a loaner for a couple of days while my car was in transit and being set up. In short, Mungenast was awesome. They treated me like a queen. This was the easiest and most pleasurable new car purchase I have ever had. More
We got a price online of $20,900 for a 2012 Camry and called about it, talked to Evan who said they had five vehicles at this price. When they started the paperwork we noticed their was an additional $5 called about it, talked to Evan who said they had five vehicles at this price. When they started the paperwork we noticed their was an additional $549 for accessories which all of a sudden was added on, talk about misleading! Nothing was ever mentioned about this when we initially called and we made a 30 min trip for nothing. Needless to say we felt as if they were trying to take advantage of us and we walked out. We are shocked that this dealership would pull something like this as we have always been happy with their service, even bought two cars from them in the past and had serviced by them. We always liked the service and people there so really feeling betrayed after having been a loyal customer. It's like the old "bait and hook" trick that someone would pull. Can't believe we were treated and mislead this way. More
