Well to start this off I really thought i was wasting my time there casue i did not think that i would get a car. On several occassions I myself stopped in to get a proce and inquire about a vehicle for my daughter. he was in my face so fast. I told him to relax and walked out. That excperience was so bad we leased a mazda for my daughter. However, Tim on the other hand was terrific and my wife and I are both in vehicles through Tim. We stopped into the dealership on our way to Home Depot just to look up close at the new Cruze and maybe take a test drive. We had a vehicle that we were looking to trade in and they offered us a fair pri just to look up close at the new Cruze and maybe take a test drive. We were not expecting to buy a vehicle that night but they offered us what we were looking for and worked with us for an hour after the dealership closed to get the deal done so we could drive the car home that night. The dealership went out of their way to help us and we were very pleased. This is the second vehicle we purchased from the dealership and I was very satisfied each time. The salesman Tim Foltin was very pleasant to work with as well as the rest of the staff. I would purchase a vehichle from them in the future and reccommend to others as well. Beginning with my interactions with the Internet Sales Manager, Tim Hammond, I was impressed with the way the company handled their potential customers. One of the biggest problems I had with a lot of other dealers was that they did not listen to my wants, but rather wanted to convince me to get a vehicle I had no desire to own. With Muller, I went to them with my price range and the vehicles of interest to me, and to my surprise they were very receptive. Lou Velez was the representative that I dealt with and I would gladly recommend him to everyone interested in purchasing a car.
