From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Chris Dixon was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Not once did we feel like were in a high pressure sales environment. On Thursday, 30 December 2010, we decided to take a ride to Muller Chevrolet in Stewartsville, NJ to check out the new Equinox. After strolling through the lot looking at the vehicles and reading window st to Muller Chevrolet in Stewartsville, NJ to check out the new Equinox. After strolling through the lot looking at the vehicles and reading window stickers, we decided to walk inside to obtain a brochure and ask some questions about this vehicle. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by a friendly soft spoken young man named Lou who proceeded to take us through what turned out to be a pleasant vehicle purchasing experience. Lou Velez went out of his way to answer our questions, provide information and then offered a test drive. When we came back to the showroom, we sat down with Lou and Jeffrey Kemp who also provided assistance with the end result being a great deal on a new 2011 Equinox. The entire experience went well and we were appreciative of how well we were treated by all the Muller associates who were there that day. Not all automobile purchase experiences are pleasant however Lou Velez changed that perception with his pleasant personality and the profesionalism he displayed. We look forward to future pleasant interractions when we deal with Muller Service.
