They were a little short staffed that day, but Megan did a great job! She answered all my questions, showed me a wide array of trucks, and i ended up with exactly what i wanted without feeling pressured. a great job! went to this dealer to purchase a used car possible a new one. meet sales person megan who I spoke to the previous weekend and she never returned my call then. we looked at a vcar way over priced , her a one. meet sales person megan who I spoke to the previous weekend and she never returned my call then. we looked at a vcar way over priced , her and her manager went back and forth changing #s ,never checking my credit score (I'm a tier 1 at muller hyundai where i bought a new car) never giving any break down of costs, only a cost per month. I went home and was going to have my wife test drive the car. I emailed requesting break down of cost, no rerturn mail. NO follow up calls how can 2 dealerships both owned by thje same people be so different. this was the end of my gm days spent 70,000 the past 8 years on thier product. back to hyundai with my 2nd new car from them last one has 230,000 miles and still going, If you buy there you are not very bright More

After having some bad luck with my car, I decided to scope out a new one. This was my first time ever purchasing a new car, so my salesman, Lou Velez helped me pick out a car that would suit me the best scope out a new one. This was my first time ever purchasing a new car, so my salesman, Lou Velez helped me pick out a car that would suit me the best. He was very nice, not pushy like most people are. He was there every step of the way, from the test drive to when I actually decided to go through with buying my 2011 Chevrolet Cruze. He had very good knowledge and always answered any questions I had. Overall my experience here was 100%. I would recommend Lou to anyone hands down!! More
Next time, If a customers temp tag runs out before you receive their registration you need to figure out something for them besides telling the customer to drive his or her vehicle ILLEGALLY until it show receive their registration you need to figure out something for them besides telling the customer to drive his or her vehicle ILLEGALLY until it shows up! And a letter signed by the general manager saying you will pay for any tickets i get is not acceptable. Tony the finance manager insulted me right off the back with the rate and term he gave me. I have a 798 credit score and he jacked me around the whole time. When i told him i wasn't going to finance through him and I handed him a check he got his panties in a twist. If your going to jack people around with rates and terms don't pout when they finance elsewhere. More
My husband and I went to Muller Chevrolet because they had two used GMC Acadias on their lot we were interested in. We test drove one and liked it, despite the fact that it was dirty from the previous own had two used GMC Acadias on their lot we were interested in. We made an offer, placed a $5000 deposit and came back two days later to pay the rest of the vehicle off with a certified bank check. That was our biggest mistake. We never should have given Meghan the second check. Once a dealership has your money, they could care less about customer service. We were supposed to receive a call when the car was detailed, topped off with gas and the dvd player installation was finished. No one ever called. Five days later, we inquired on the status of the vehicle. They told us it had been ready for days. When we picked up the vehicle, it hadn't been detailed and the gas tank wasn't full. When I complained the next morning, the floor manager claimed Meghan HAD called, that the vehicle WAS detailed, but that since we hadn't come to pick up the vehicle for several days, it appeared to not have been detailed. At this point I was totally disgusted and drove the vehicle to the dealership (about 2 miles down the road from my house) so the floor manager could take a look at the interior of the vehicle. He offered to detail it "again" while I sat and waited. Twenty minutes later, the vehicle had been washed and quickly vacuumed. There was still residue all over the dash, between the seats and pine needles stuck in the carpeting in the trunk. I gave up. He offered to fill the tank "again" when I ran out of gas. I may or may not take him up on it - I don't trust that anyone will do what they say there. More
