Once we were on the same page as price goes, I wanted to stop in and take a look at the truck. I dod and fell in love with it and Lou Velez was the first person that coame up to me to talk about the truck. I told him that I was working on the numbers with Patti and that I have been talkig with her for the past week to two weeks. Lou let us take the truck out for a test drive and invited us in to the showroom. We filled out some paperwork , which did not take any time at all, and we were on our way with the truck and coming back to do paperwork on Monday night. Came back Monday night and did the rest of the paperwork while Lou had filled up the gas tank and had the truck detailed, and once again I was on my way. The Muller team did a great job of explaining things and did not waste any time getting the paperwork together and getting me down the road. Tony did his best in getting me into a new Vehicle as close to the monthly payment I was budgeted for. Unfortunately since I was so upside down on the Explorer they werent able to do it at my budget. I recently stopped by this dealer to test drive and possibly purchase a used Corvette. After test driving this vehicle, it was clear to me and the Sales Agent who went on the test drive that there was possibly purchase a used Corvette. After test driving this vehicle, it was clear to me and the Sales Agent who went on the test drive that there was something seriously wrong with the suspension on this Corvette. When she asked the Sales Manager about this problem, Jeff to her that "all Corvettes are like that." I personally have written in several Corvettes and have never had one that rode like this one. I also had been a long time customer of Muller Chevrolet (20 years), not anymore! I will NEVER set foot in this dealership again to purchase a new or used car again! More

Tommie Jones specifically was extremely focused on getting me what I wanted. I was looking for beige/brown leather interior instead of black. He walked through ordering a new car to see if I could g getting me what I wanted. I was looking for beige/brown leather interior instead of black. He walked through ordering a new car to see if I could get all my options and it was only there that you could know that only the 2 tone leather is available with beige/gray. You can not get all beige, even tough the catalog shows it. My second choice was close to what was on the lot, so he had that sent out and upgraded to leather seats so it would match my request. He was very helpful, respectful, and patient over a 2 week period until I had the car I wanted. Tommie also dressed as I expected a salesman to dress (not all in dealership dressed for success in my opinion though). Other employees I dealt with were appropriate, but I base my high marks on my experience with the salesman Tommie. More
