The loaner promise...with costs I set up a factory-recall repair based on the availability of a loaner. In the rain, I headed to the service waiting area, only to be sent back out to I set up a factory-recall repair based on the availability of a loaner. In the rain, I headed to the service waiting area, only to be sent back out to the service check-in garage, where I had to wait outside for 20 minutes to get the paperwork done on a 'loaner' (quarantine, lockdown, social distancing). In the end, it was more aggravating waiting for the paperwork than the convenience of the car. Shelor always promotes their "lending" you a car when you buy from them, but the paperwork, waiting and hassle are ever-present at Shelor. They had 9 days to iron out the wrinkles of this 'loaner.' And while everyone had gloves on, no one wore a facemask (except me). More
