I feel the whole offer and finicial services part needs to be faster and more stream lined. I waited a long time after signing paper work to receive my new car that was being detailed. We had a very positive experience purchasing a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Motor Mile. Michael Shelton was easy to work with and struck just the right balance. My single moment of frustration stemmed from my contact with the Internet Sales Manager. When I contacted him regarding the vehicle we purchased, he actually quoted the price two thousand dollars above the list price found on the dealership's own website. Nonetheless, everything worked out in the end and now we have a dependable vehicle that we look forward to driving for years to come.
