Motor Mile Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I contacted Shelor Motor Mile at the end of January, and went in to look at cars at the start of February. I was indecisive, and then got too busy to go back and explore more options and make a decision. I went in to look at cars at the start of February. Luckily, the sales rep I worked with (Shannon Smith) was extremely understanding and willing to work with me and my schedule. I never felt pressured or rushed in to making a decision, which was much appreciated. When it came time to finally choose a vehicle, I was stuck between a Jeep and a Subaru. Shannon and Dewey were both very helpful and did not pressure me in to buying the Jeep from their store as opposed to the Subaru from the other store. (Although, I did end up going with the Jeep!) I highly recommend them. They are both very friendly and fun to work with. More

I had previously purchased a vehicle through Shelor, I knew I would be back. I submitted my application online and within an hour I had heard from Hank Newhouse asking questions about what kind of vehicle knew I would be back. I submitted my application online and within an hour I had heard from Hank Newhouse asking questions about what kind of vehicle I was interested in, payment ranges, etc. Everyone was VERY friendly and by 5:30pm that same day we had set up an appt for me to come up the next day to test drive my 2012 Focus and bring my other vehicle for trade. Upon arriving I was promptly helped by Rick and Claude. Rick was super nice and was more than happy to answer any questions that I had even though they were extremely busy that day.
