I had previously purchased a vehicle through Shelor, I knew I would be back. I submitted my application online and within an hour I had heard from Hank Newhouse asking questions about what kind of vehicle knew I would be back. I submitted my application online and within an hour I had heard from Hank Newhouse asking questions about what kind of vehicle I was interested in, payment ranges, etc. Everyone was VERY friendly and by 5:30pm that same day we had set up an appt for me to come up the next day to test drive my 2012 Focus and bring my other vehicle for trade. Upon arriving I was promptly helped by Rick and Claude. Rick was super nice and was more than happy to answer any questions that I had even though they were extremely busy that day. I was in there less than 3 hours from start to finish and I was excited to be able to drive my vehicle home! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More
