My husband and I went to Shelor looking for a replacement for a truck that we lost in a garage fire. Everything was a pleasant experience - I have a suggestion: Simple Remarkable Customer service. If someone is told that they ware getting a vehicle at invoice cost...(I was told they were sellin suggestion: Simple Remarkable Customer service. If someone is told that they ware getting a vehicle at invoice cost...(I was told they were selling me the vehicle at invoice cost), then a dealer could simply back that statement with an actual copy of the invoice...yet when I asked for a copy of the invoice via e mail I have not received it. I am more likely to refer business if I know that they were being honest with me. Since I did not get the invoice I now may question integrity....I sent an e mail asking for a copy. I gave Charlie a 5...he did a great job...friendly, courteous etc..other employees also...I still gave the dealership a 4 because the process just took a little longer than I have experienced in other dealerships...and although I did request a copy of the dealership's invoice, It was never provided. More
