He answered our questions in a manner that was easy to understand and took the time to make sure we were pleased and satisfied with information about the vans we were shown. We settled on a Chrysler Pacifica and Rob took the time to explain everything about the van. Rob took the time to download my cell phone contacts to the Pacifica, something I probably would have had trouble doing. He showed us where the van would be serviced and where we could buy any additional equipment we might need. When we went to the financial person, we were introduced to Randy, who was very professional and courteous. We had a wonderful experience and we certainly would recommend Shelor to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle and we further would recommend Rob Breinich as the salesman to contact.
