Motor Mile Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Rob Breinich I needed a new work truck, and got in touch with Rob (whom I'd met through networking events). We talked back and forth through FB some about what I I needed a new work truck, and got in touch with Rob (whom I'd met through networking events). I spent the weekend looking through what they had, and found one that I liked. On Monday, I met with Rob, and he had the truck I had picked, along with a comparable truck from a different manufacturer with some different options, and one of the new Euro style cargo vans ready for me to test drive. Frankly the cargo van was really nice, and I almost chose it, but it was a naturally aspirated six cylinder engine, and the truck I'd had wound up needing a new engine after pulling a pretty heavy cargo trailer for two years. I wound up going with a Super Duty F250 diesel, and the truck is amazing. One of the first things I did when I got the trailer hooked up to it is to go and drive some of the areas that I'd been avoiding in the other truck, and it was amazing, the difference! I'm very pleased with the experience Rob provided, and appreciate all his help. More

I purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger! I had been spoken to Neal Francis a couple of times over the phone and he followed up by email. Joe let my husband and I drive the Charger and told us to take 30 minutes to see if that was what we really liked. I did not feel he was over bearing, like I have with other dealerships in the past, nor did I feel pressured. Joe was excellent to work with. Joe answered any questions we had and made me feel confident in my decision to purchase a vehicle. Shelor was also able to get me an Excellent rate on my new car. Joe called me a few of days after I made the purchase just to check and see how it was going with my new car. I will go back to Joe Pinto in the future and would advise others to go to him as well. The wait was around 45 minutes with it being President Day we expected this so we took this time to look at more vehicles as we waited. Michael Rose was our first contact to insure us that a Sales person Day we expected this so we took this time to look at more vehicles as we waited. Michael Rose was our first contact to insure us that a Sales person would be with us soon and with in another 15 minutes we were greeted by Adam Stevens. Mr. Stevens was very helpful and had knowledge on the Dodge Dart we were looking at. Mr. Stevens took my Driver License and in a few minutes we were off for attest drive. The Dodge Dart handled well and the gas was the big choice in the buy. The paperwork and wait was no time for us and we were off driving our new car home. This is our 7th car from Shelor Motor Mile for our family and although the other buys were good, I will have to say this was the best in customer service and the shortest time we have ever had in dealing with the paperwork that comes with a trade-in and sale of a vehicle. I would like to say when leaving the Financial signing for the Dodge Dart, Mr. Stevens was paged and was there in a couple of minutes. The Financial Representative joked as we left and said he paged him 5 times. Mr. Stevens said I am sorry if I missed your call but I always let someone know I have to gas up a sold vehicle. To me this shows great communication and above all wonderful customer service as well as Teamwork.
