Ignored I was in the used car dealership, this week purchasing a used vehicle. I was only with my salesman a short time. After I was ushered out of his office I was in the used car dealership, this week purchasing a used vehicle. I was only with my salesman a short time. After I was ushered out of his office waiting on a few formalities to be done which should not have taken 30 minutes tops I never saw my salesman again. The one and only time i did see him walk through was when I saw him with another set of customers. I sat in the lobby for over an hour with no update whatsoever. I approached another employee who then helped me finish up the process. At that point it only took a short time and I left. As far as the dealership itself I am always happy doing business here. The neglect to not even come and give me an update of my salesman was unacceptable. I will purchase from Shelor again. However I will never do business with this employee again. More
