awesome, great customer service Admud sold me my first car. Then sold me and my husband our second car. We met him at riverside moss bro which was horrible. At moss your not the boss Very very bad experience. Went in March to ask for a certain car because my lease was due in May. They literally gave me no option to take a car in Very very bad experience. Went in March to ask for a certain car because my lease was due in May. They literally gave me no option to take a car in the color I didn't want. I leased a 2014 challenger on a double up program which entitled me to get the 2015 challenger at the same lease price no money down. 3 months asking different sales people and talking to managers and they weren't able to get the car I wanted. Why? Well since they weren't making any money why would they bother looking. I have bought 3 cars from here and of course since there was money involved they went out of their way to make sure I had what I wanted. This will be my last purchase with them and I'm done recommending them to anyone. I'm very dissapointed in the type of service I received from them. They basically told me take it or leave it, your lease is up tomorrow and you have to return the car even if we don't have what you want. "Really" I guess 3 months was not enough time to find the car. That shows the kind of dealer this, not very good. More
This is the worst service department I've ever worked with. I have a fleet of dodge ram work trucks that require service. This service department has the poorest managed team I've ever delt with. They never finish on time and when I call I can never get thru, usually on hold for several minutes. Last visit I was there for 45 minutes trying to pick up a truck, they apparently lost the paperwork and when they located it I was charged double for the work performed! This place needs management overhaul!! More
Recall I had to wait even if I have an appointment. My appointment was for 10:00AM and according to the recall letter that it would only take a half hour to I had to wait even if I have an appointment. Quality service I brought my 2014 Dodge Challenger into the collision center. Joe kept in touch with us throughout the 3 weeks that it was in the shop. My car looked I brought my 2014 Dodge Challenger into the collision center. Joe kept in touch with us throughout the 3 weeks that it was in the shop. My car looked brand new when it was done. Not only did they repair all front end damage, he also touched up any scratches/dings on the door panels on both sides which had nothing to do with the accident. My car was ready 3 days earlier than estimated as well as washed and waxed. LOVE my Challenger...and Moss Bros! More
