I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE NOISE IN THE FRONT END. I THOUGHT THE SPINDLE OR HUB MAY BE GOING BAD. THE TECHNICIAN SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME CHECKING EVERYTHING IT COULD POSSIBLY BE AND FINALLY ASSURED M THOUGHT THE SPINDLE OR HUB MAY BE GOING BAD. I have personally used Moss Bros, Chevrolet Service department for my daughter's 2004 Chevrolet Aveo. The first time, Jacob North researched my daughter's car, which I believe he went above and beyond department for my daughter's 2004 Chevrolet Aveo. The first time, Jacob North researched my daughter's car, which I believe he went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service in taking care of our vehicle. He found out that a part was still under warranty and it was taken care of through an extended warranty with Chevrolet. If there were any other issues, he took care of them as well. My second visit was to find out that Jacob was no longer there and we dealt with Jeff Elkhoury. He was very courteous and friendly and called us as soon as he found out what the problem was. After these two visits, I have only positive things to say about this service department. If I was to buy a new car today, I would trust Moss Bros. Chevrolet. I think they are honest and there to make our automobile experiences a pleasant one and not stressful like I have experiences at several other places.
