Went into the service area to get a oil change on my Chevy Malibu, I also informed the service area that I was experiencing a problem with the check engine light. The adviser informed me that he will ma Chevy Malibu, I also informed the service area that I was experiencing a problem with the check engine light. The adviser informed me that he will make sure that they check the light problem and have my oil change done it a timely manner. They finished in a timely manner and had everything explained to me to make sure I understood the reason of the check engine light problem. When driving home a tire service light turned on and called the service area to inform them what should I do, they were very helpful in helping me feel comfortable and they had informed me that it would be for the best if I return to the dealership when arriving at the dealership my car was taken back into the service area and had fixed my problem and also they had put gas into my car for having to return. I was greatly satisfied that they help with my problem so quickly. More

I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE NOISE IN THE FRONT END. I THOUGHT THE SPINDLE OR HUB MAY BE GOING BAD. THE TECHNICIAN SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME CHECKING EVERYTHING IT COULD POSSIBLY BE AND FINALLY ASSURED M THOUGHT THE SPINDLE OR HUB MAY BE GOING BAD. THE TECHNICIAN SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME CHECKING EVERYTHING IT COULD POSSIBLY BE AND FINALLY ASSURED ME THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER. AS FOR THE SERVICE ADVISOR, MR ELKHOURY, HE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOOK THE NECESSARY TIME NEEDED TO UNDERSTAND MY CONCERNS. HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT CUSTOMER AWAITING SERVICE. I have personally used Moss Bros, Chevrolet Service department for my daughter's 2004 Chevrolet Aveo. The first time, Jacob North researched my daughter's car, which I believe he went above and beyond department for my daughter's 2004 Chevrolet Aveo. The first time, Jacob North researched my daughter's car, which I believe he went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service in taking care of our vehicle. He found out that a part was still under warranty and it was taken care of through an extended warranty with Chevrolet. If there were any other issues, he took care of them as well. My second visit was to find out that Jacob was no longer there and we dealt with Jeff Elkhoury. He was very courteous and friendly and called us as soon as he found out what the problem was. After these two visits, I have only positive things to say about this service department. If I was to buy a new car today, I would trust Moss Bros. Chevrolet. I think they are honest and there to make our automobile experiences a pleasant one and not stressful like I have experiences at several other places. I have always had pretty a good repore with Moss Brothers Chevrolet, Moreno Valley. They have always been eagar to help me out with any problems I have had with my Vehicle except I just wished that they coul Chevrolet, Moreno Valley. The service rep has always come back that it is normal but I do not understand how a noise and jerkingness of the steering wheel when turning is normal. More
