Had a great experience with hector very motivated sales person ,sweet and helpful we purchased truck with my trade in ... before I proceeded I stressed to Hector that I didn't want to waste my time becau person ,sweet and helpful we purchased truck with my trade in ... before I proceeded I stressed to Hector that I didn't want to waste my time because we had a recent BK but we had the income and proof well the sales manger assisted me and insisted that everything was fine and proceeded with the sale well i drove the truck for 2 weeks and they called me back to bring truck back because they did not want to trade the mercedes because supposly it was upside down ... Please don't confuse Hector with the sales Manager he is a friendly and helpful Be ware that the sales managers they are liar and dishonest and waste your time ....... I would not reccommend moss bro More

Seling a truck to me they were friendly and helpful. But they called a month later demanding a co-signer or the truck returned! A month later! Not the 10 days that are required. I was told by Kacy and Nasim that upon returning the truck I would get a check for my down payment refund... not true ! I had to wait a week later for a check that I was told would be mailed to me, but instead it was mailed to dealer where I had to drive again to pick it up. I'm just glad to be done with them, they are some scam artists there! Stay away! More

He accomplished a fast turnaround on a dealer trade for the second vehicle, and maintained excellent communication until we were able to get the second lease signed. The communications and his ability to get the numbers very close to our original wishes were key. Gene's the first car salesman I've dealt with that I would be extremely disappointed if I was not able to get my next vehicle(s) from him.
