I hastily wrote a review about them about a month ago on this site and I now feel that I was wrong about their service. Not everything goes as planned and accidents do happen. I realize that I did not give them enough time to fix the problem and I over-reacted. Anthony Caridi, the Vice President, took care of the problem to my satisfaction and made everything right. They demonstrated to me that Moss Chevrolet does stand behind their work and they earned my business back. I highly recommend them to my friends and family . Thanks Moss Chevrolet. More

I must have been there 5 or 6 weekends in a row to check out the new sonics. All the salesman were really polite, not trying to get me to buy something more than I was looking for. The service department was friendly and efficient. The promised the car would be ready by 1 pm and it was. The courtesy driver was prompt in picking me up and driving me safely to the dealership. While the car was being serviced I asked for an appraisal for some body work. The appraiser calculated an estimate and called to discuss it.
