Let me start by saying this is by far the best dealership around! They helped me get into the car I wanted when everyone else told me no! I haven't bought a new car in 30 years. The technology has dramatically changed and it was confusing for me. Shane Brown took the mystery and fear out of the process. One reason I waited so long to buy was the fear that I would be taken advantage of. That did not happen. I felt *NO* high pressure tactics which scared me away from other dealerships. He explained his commission to my satisfaction; I never felt I was being abused financially. He was patient; I made several visits and procrastinated as usual. When it was time to deal, I was the one who chose to go with a more expensive model (LTZ turbo), not a suggestion from Shane. All the reviewers suggested going with the supercharged engine which is stronger, but also more fuel efficient than the base engine. I made all the model and optional extras decisions without pressure. He showed me all the new "gizmos" which are not on my old car. More importantly, he told me to come back anytime for future in person tutorials. He introduced me to the service department supervisor and customer liason supervisor which was helpful. He introduced me to the gentleman who drove my car in from another dealership; I was reassured he would not beat the car up by hot-roding. The Sonic will likely be last new car purchase; I expect it to meet my needs for at least 15 years. I strongly suggest asking for SHANE BROWN at Moss Brothers Chevrolet, if you're in the market for a new or used car. Respectfully submitted for your consideration .... Had a great experience with hector very motivated sales person ,sweet and helpful we purchased truck with my trade in ... before I proceeded I stressed to Hector that I didn't want to waste my time becau person ,sweet and helpful we purchased truck with my trade in ... before I proceeded I stressed to Hector that I didn't want to waste my time because we had a recent BK but we had the income and proof well the sales manger assisted me and insisted that everything was fine and proceeded with the sale well i drove the truck for 2 weeks and they called me back to bring truck back because they did not want to trade the mercedes because supposly it was upside down ... Please don't confuse Hector with the sales Manager he is a friendly and helpful Be ware that the sales managers they are liar and dishonest and waste your time ....... I would not reccommend moss bro More

I was searching for a granite black 2013 Chevy Sonic turbo with a Mylink radio for well over 3 months, and was very dissappointed with all the other dealerships, until we met Shane Brown of Moss Brothe turbo with a Mylink radio for well over 3 months, and was very dissappointed with all the other dealerships, until we met Shane Brown of Moss Brothers Chevrolet. He was the only salesmen who thought to order the exact car I wanted. Wow! Why couldn't the other dealerships have thought of this? In a little less than a month, my new car arrived and it was beautiful! Shane made the whole buying experience a piece of cake! I was a tough customer to get financed. I was turned down elsewhere but Shane Brown and Rick Seaton wouldn't give up. They found us financing within a few days so I could get the truck I wanted. Seling a truck to me they were friendly and helpful. But they called a month later demanding a co-signer or the truck returned! A month later! Not the 10 days that are required. Kacy was horrible over the phone not helpful or empathic at all, laughing as if it was a funny matter. I was told by Kacy and Nasim that upon returning the truck I would get a check for my down payment refund... not true ! I had to wait a week later for a check that I was told would be mailed to me, but instead it was mailed to dealer where I had to drive again to pick it up. I'm just glad to be done with them, they are some scam artists there! Stay away! More

My experience at Moss Bros. Chevrolet... was excellent. Gene Russell was our salesman, and he exceeded our expectations in every way. First, he was very friendly and personable. He worked with us for over 6 hours to get the numbers on 2 leases where we needed them to be, with a lousy trade in and minimal cash out of pocket. He accomplished a fast turnaround on a dealer trade for the second vehicle, and maintained excellent communication until we were able to get the second lease signed. The communications and his ability to get the numbers very close to our original wishes were key. Gene's the first car salesman I've dealt with that I would be extremely disappointed if I was not able to get my next vehicle(s) from him. All in all, an excellent experience which I will be telling friends and family about! More
