The best dealer I've been to! I went to Moss Bros Chevy last week to buy a vehicle. Just to start out I went to 2 previous dealers before getting in touch with Tyler at Moss Bros. I went to Moss Bros Chevy last week to buy a vehicle. Just to start out I went to 2 previous dealers before getting in touch with Tyler at Moss Bros. The 2 other Chevy dealers I went to gave me the run around and had the worse customer service! After dealing with the crappy service from everywhere else I went to Moss Bros Chevy and let's just say words can't explain how amazing the service was there. They are a A+++++ in my book! I will refer everyone I know to there and will always keep my business here! Thank you guys very much my husband an I love the Malibu and everything about you guys!! More

I haven't bought a new car in 30 years. The technology has dramatically changed and it was confusing for me. Shane Brown took the mystery and fear out of the process. He was personable and we technology has dramatically changed and it was confusing for me. Shane Brown took the mystery and fear out of the process. He was personable and welcoming to begin with. One reason I waited so long to buy was the fear that I would be taken advantage of. That did not happen. I felt *NO* high pressure tactics which scared me away from other dealerships. He explained his commission to my satisfaction; I never felt I was being abused financially. He was patient; I made several visits and procrastinated as usual. When it was time to deal, I was the one who chose to go with a more expensive model (LTZ turbo), not a suggestion from Shane. All the reviewers suggested going with the supercharged engine which is stronger, but also more fuel efficient than the base engine. I made all the model and optional extras decisions without pressure. He showed me all the new "gizmos" which are not on my old car. More importantly, he told me to come back anytime for future in person tutorials. He introduced me to the service department supervisor and customer liason supervisor which was helpful. He introduced me to the gentleman who drove my car in from another dealership; I was reassured he would not beat the car up by hot-roding. The Sonic will likely be last new car purchase; I expect it to meet my needs for at least 15 years. I strongly suggest asking for SHANE BROWN at Moss Brothers Chevrolet, if you're in the market for a new or used car. Respectfully submitted for your consideration .... Had a great experience with hector very motivated sales person ,sweet and helpful we purchased truck with my trade in ... before I proceeded I stressed to Hector that I didn't want to waste my time becau person ,sweet and helpful we purchased truck with my trade in ... before I proceeded I stressed to Hector that I didn't want to waste my time because we had a recent BK but we had the income and proof well the sales manger assisted me and insisted that everything was fine and proceeded with the sale well i drove the truck for 2 weeks and they called me back to bring truck back because they did not want to trade the mercedes because supposly it was upside down ... Please don't confuse Hector with the sales Manager he is a friendly and helpful Be ware that the sales managers they are liar and dishonest and waste your time ....... I would not reccommend moss bro More
