Employee attitude not very pleasant Called in, service department told me to bring the car in. When came, service department said I did not make appointment. Worst experience ever the service mgr. Steve King Is rude Steve King the service manager gave me lame excuses why my 2015 Suburban had the issues it had and he was refusing to help because I spoke up to what Steve King the service manager gave me lame excuses why my 2015 Suburban had the issues it had and he was refusing to help because I spoke up to what I believed ... He wanted to turn my service away and was not going to fix the problem... He's rude and he's definitely should not be leading a team of employees with that attitude and customer service .... He's definitely not leadership material... Very unpleasant visit for being the first time I service my new vehicle with the issues it had. I feel unsafe in the vehicle and I would never buy another Chevy from this dealership again just because of the way I was treated by the service leadership team.... There's more to the story to why I was treated that way but I would rather leave those comments to myself and I will escalate this to higher authority. More

So if I kept it any longer it would of Fallen apart i love the Chevy equinox but i even love the 2015 model even more soo i got rid of my 2010 equinox then jumped right in to a new 2015 Chevy equinox...im glad, happy, and excited etc for my new vehicle. More
