There was a time constraint associated to this trip. We had a doctor's appointment scheduled the next day and a planned trip the day after. I let the service writer know our schedule since we were having a 45k maintenance schedule performed as well as an existing problem with our rear HVAC blower. They we able to do the maintenance and fix the blower on time so there was not any impact on our schedule. I really appreciated Vincent's help in this trip. We purchased our vehicle from Moss and have always had our services done by the maintenance staff at Moss. I have never been disappointed by any rep at Moss. Thank you for taking care of our vehicle. More

Labor Day Nightmare! For the first time in my life I bought an American car this past labor day weekend. I was hoping that it would be would be through Moss Bros. of More For the first time in my life I bought an American car this past labor day weekend. I was hoping that it would be would be through Moss Bros. of Moreno Valley. The car that I wanted, a 2018 LT Equinox was not on the lot, and I was assured on Friday Sept.1 that the car would be waiting for me at 11:00 on Saturday. I arrived and the car was not there. I was first told it was in Chino and would be there by 2:00. p.m. When we came back no car. I was once again assured that the car would either come that night or Sunday morning. After church, around noon,I left two messages for them to return my calls. No calls were returned. Since I had given my car to my son, I had to have a friend drop me off at the dealership to inquire on the status of the car. They then told me that the car was not in Chino, but in Orange County, at TWO different dealerships! I ended up buying my car at Simpsons Chevrolet of Irvine, and couldn't be happier, as I received excellent customer service. As this review explains, this was far from the case at Moss Bros. of Moreno Valley. Be forewarned! More
Rude and disrespectful service department I purchased a new car from a different Chevy dealership and discovered a mechanical issue on my way home. After several unsuccessful attempts to get m I purchased a new car from a different Chevy dealership and discovered a mechanical issue on my way home. After several unsuccessful attempts to get my NEW car in for repairs at this original dealership, I decided to try Moss Bros Chevy down the street from where I live. (And I didn't buy a car from here, because they wouldn't match or give me better pricing the the other dealership I purchased from). Well, long story short, after dealing with this issue for two weeks, I took it to Moss Bros service center and they were outright rude and disrespectful to my issues and concerns with this Brand new car. And I'm 100% confident it's because I had Riverside Chevy stickers and license plates still on this car (Still brand new!). After telling the first person I saw that the driver side window was not working and I would like to get it fixed, first thing he said was, "well that's not a big issue, your still able to drive the car." I told him I know that, but I brought it here because I want it fixed, it's a brand new car... he proceeded to get his manager, who I believe was the service advisor. He came out and told me he can't have a tech look at it for 3 or 4 days. I told him that's fine, I can leave it there to get repaired whenever they get a chance. Then he said, "well I don't have room to just be storing cars here." I quickly put the pieces together that they didn't want to help me repair this factory warranty issue on a brand new Camaro, simply because I didn't buy it from their dealership. This is simply terrible leadership Chevy has put in charge of these dealerships service centers. I am extremely upset with the insensitive comments from these guys. You would think they would be happy to repair issues with a brand new car to keep the customer satisfied, even if not from their dealership. It's the same brand they were hired to service and represent. Totally unacceptable and not doing their jobs. They didn't even check me in or try to schedule an appt. the just made excuse after excuse to get rid of me. BUYER BEWARE of bringing your Chevy for service to this dealership!!! More
