Great service, great service rep. This particular service was scheduled online. It was extremely easy to setup and to arrange for a rental vehicle. There was a time constraint associated to this trip. We had a doctor's appointment scheduled the next day and a planned trip the day after. I let the service writer know our schedule since we were having a 45k maintenance schedule performed as well as an existing problem with our rear HVAC blower. They we able to do the maintenance and fix the blower on time so there was not any impact on our schedule. I really appreciated Vincent's help in this trip. We purchased our vehicle from Moss and have always had our services done by the maintenance staff at Moss. I have never been disappointed by any rep at Moss. Thank you for taking care of our vehicle.
