After purchasing many vehicles in a variety of circumstances, I can happily share that Chris has been awesome. He was fun to be around and provided a nice "pressure-free" experience. My 5-star experience took a turn when I was locked in a finance manager's office. It reminded me of a timeshare sales experience I once had. Anyhow, be prepared for high pressure sales tactics regarding unnecessary warranty's, insurances, and other items that could result in additional $2000-$6000 in charges. A fancy price sheet will be prepared to show the different monthly payments with variety of add-ons. After you politely ask to decline the unnecessary additions, you will need to defend yourself against a very conceited and aggressive finance manager. Again, Chris in Sales was great. If you are looking to buy, ask for him. Try not to let finance manager ruin your experience. More
Terrible Customer Service This dealership refuses to do trades. They also refuse to return phone calls. This dealership was contacted by my dealership multiple times. Phone calls were made and emails were sent, with no response! I understand if you do not want to trade, however a return phone call would be decent. I work in customer service, and this is utterly UNACCEPTABLE! This shows the true colors of this dealership, clearly the customer and anyone needing their help is unimportant. I would never buy a car from them. This is not how Ford Motor Company should be represented. More
Indifference to a customer that had a breakdown. Have bought 2 Ranger trucks from dealership. Had a breakdown last Sunday. Truck towed to service department parking lot. Worst service experience, PERIOD. Chris at service desk never did one thing he said he would. Chris never called me to update the service of my car, even after I called him several times. Every time I woul never did one thing he said he would. Chris never called me to update the service of my car, even after I called him several times. Every time I would call he'd say " I was just going to call you". Yeah right. Maybe once but not four or five times in a row you weren't! They had my vehicle for two weeks. When I picked it up it was filthy with grease and dirt on the inside. They said they'd "detail it" for me so I brought it back and their definition of "detail" is a lot different than mine ! When I came to pick it up there was still dirt from their repairs on the seats. The outside still had dirt on it. I mean to tell you Chris at the service desk did not do one thing he told me he was going to do. Why is this guy even in the service industry? Total waste of time. I will NEVER go back there. More
