Monadnock got my vehicle finished on time, under their quote. They were thousands less than what other ford dealerships quoted me, half the price of jack madden ford. They had my car for 3 days. I found the service environment to be unprofessional. While in the waiting area one of the employees dogs came in and peed. Another employee yelled across the room "your dog just pissed on the floor. Through out my wait I could hear a lot of questionable language. I also overheard and employee making very negative comments after she hung up with a customer. I also have a Honda and found the waiting there to be a much more professional atmosphere. The service was quick and what I needed. I would have given a five star if not for the check in staff and waiting area experience. More

After setting up an appointment to view a used vehicle . I drove 2 hours to see a vehicle that was not ready to be shown. It was dirty with mud. I asked twice to see the carfax I was never shown. I was told by the service writer that he would let me know what was going on with the light before they continued. He never came back out to tell me anything, after sitting there for over an hour I noticed my vehicle sitting in the lot and asked if I was all set. the service writer told me they couldn,t fix my light and I failed inspection because of that and tried to charge me over 150.00 dollars. I asked why no one came and talked to me about the light and they knew it was going to fail the inspection why did you continue to do they inspection without consulting me? the answer was hilarious, we had to because it was on the service report. I told them I was supposed to be informed before you proceeded and wasn't, their reply well my tech went ahead and did it on his own without telling us. After exchanging words and explaining that I would have told them to stop after I was told they couldn't fix the light and the general manager speaking to me like I was a child and telling me to use my indoor voice, they agreed to refund my money ( I think they only did that because it was past quitting time I heard a couple of the six guys that were surrounding me make a comment about it). but after watching my account for several days it was not returned! They literally took my card walked over to the register and FAKED IT!!!!! They are liars, rip offs and act like they re superior to you. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!! IWISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE 5 STARS More
