DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALER FOR ANYTHING! !! I purchased a used 2020 Ranger from this dealer July 8 2023. It had 35000 miles on it. It seemed ok for a bit, but then it came down to servicing i !! I purchased a used 2020 Ranger from this dealer July 8 2023. It had 35000 miles on it. It seemed ok for a bit, but then it came down to servicing it. I got the supposed "The Works" package mostly consists of a oil change and tire rotation. I was charged $88 for that. I had a coupon for $69.95, but they wouldn't take it, said it was out of date, but wasn't. I also wanted the front brakes checked because the brakes were pulsating. I thought this would be under my warranty, but they said no and charged me another $55. After work was done, I was told my brakes needed to be cleaned and it would cost $250!! This dealer was trying to fix their reputation from the previous owners. Well, they're not doing it in my eyes! I had to end up trading this Ranger in on another truck at a dealer with a excellent reputation! Dealers like Monadnock Ford reflect badly on the dealerships that have good reputations! More

No concern or compassion just told if I needed my car to take it somewhere else and suggested a tow 20 miles out to another dealership. I purchased my new 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands from Robert Ekblom. From the first time I called and spoke with C.J. Jack, I knew that they were able and willing to be helpful in my quest for the new Br Robert Ekblom. From the first time I called and spoke with C.J. Jack, I knew that they were able and willing to be helpful in my quest for the new Bronco. For me, it was a bit of a ride to their NH dealership from my town in Massachusetts, but the discussion on the phone with C.J. made me do it. When I arrived C.J. introduced me to Robert and found we both had lots in common while looking for my new ride. There was a mixup with inventory and the vehicle had yet to arrive for the one I was to purchase. After about 10 days, I was notified that the vehicle had been damaged in transit. However, both C.J. and Robert went to town to see what they could replace it with since the new Broncos were very scarce indeed. After about another 10 days, the team found a replacement that fit all my requests and put the final paperwork together. They kept their promise to find me my Bronco Badlands while keeping me informed during the whole process, which was great. I would recommend Monadnock Ford to anyone looking for their special vehicle. More
