Quiet day at Momentum I went to Momentum for an oil change and replace license plate bulbs. I went there without an appointment just before lunch so I expected to sit for a while. I told the repair rep that I was going to wait in the waiting room. The TV there was tuned to some cooking shows which I hate, so since I was the only one there I turned it off because I I could not change the station. An Israeli salesman came in to help change the station for me but he ultimately discovered that the control box for that room was in another room and although he was able to change the station, it was to another lame channel showing real estate transactions, which I also find boring, so I again turned it off. After I returned home my wife said the repair section called the house a few times trying to find me. She told them I was there and they finally looked and there I was. The work was done to my satisfaction in a reasonable amount of time. I gave them an 8 for the above reasons. More
Wheel curb rash I went in for a service and not sure if I’d recommend anybody to come here. This is the second time I had a problem with this location and I was pretty much annoyed by the lack of customer service here including the damage they had done to my car. I called for a follow up reagarding the curb rash that happened when I picked up the car and found that it has a damage on the left driver side wheel, and this is the second time it has happened to me. The first one I didn’t claim for it was over two days when I saw curb rash. It was too late to report it. But this time here we go again with the same issue. I hope I will get a call back from this Infiniti to fix this issue. More

They wasted so much of our time because of complete lack of knowledge of their product and procedures. The old saying of "right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing" really applies here. Not recommending you to any of our friends or family, should be a serious concern to your bottom line. We live in a community where new cars are bought often and I for one, at this point would buy any other car on the market rather than endure infinity Fairfield. More
Great buying experience I wasn't even looking to buy a car yet, but I have been looking and narrowed my choices down to 3 different vehicles. 2 of them I had not test driven I wasn't even looking to buy a car yet, but I have been looking and narrowed my choices down to 3 different vehicles. 2 of them I had not test driven yet. I was on my way to another dealership that had 1 of the models I was interested, but I saw my first choice sitting in the Momentum Infinity dealer lot. I walked straight to it. It was even the right color I wanted! Took it out for a test drive and knew it was what I wanted. The sales crew that was there did a great job getting me the deal I was comfortable with and that I could afford. Financing was very quick and easy, too. I was able to apply my Costco membership for a great savings on the extended warranty. Thanks again for a great experience, guys! More
Horrible experience. Unprofessional and untrustworthy Great until I signed the papers. Lied about pricing. Lost my paperwork including my personal info. ( ssn. Credit card number. Gear customer Service! After about a month or so of looking online and visiting multiple dealerships, I came to your dealership quite by accident. I actually was looking at After about a month or so of looking online and visiting multiple dealerships, I came to your dealership quite by accident. I actually was looking at Carmax when I noticed the I Infinity dealshership as I was leaving ( I was not happy with the Carmax sales representative). Tony greeted me and he did a very good job of showing me the many different models you offer and he answered all my questions ( I had a tone of questions ). His customer service is exceptional and he was very patient with me. The gentlemen ( I lost his card with his name ) who worked up my deal did a very good job in making my monthly payment affordable. Mel , who was not apart of my sales transaction is a super nice guy and we chatted about many things as my finacial papper work was being processed. After all the papper work was worked up, I was then escorted over to the Super Amazing, Fabouls Richard Braekzia! He had me in and out in a flash and he knows his stuff ! Great guy , super funny! Thank you to everyone who helped me get into my fancy new car 😁 and providing a great experience! More

Let me tell you that I have experience the utmost in customer service. Whether it is unscheduled repair or service the service department members have gone out of their way to accommodate me. With special mention to Leslie whom I give 5 stars to. Just recently I went in for the Spring Special which required a coupon. I realized that It was expiring in a day so I show up around 10:30 am unannounced, no problem! Nick the new guy took me in, wrotr me up and promised my car back in no time. I asked for a shuttle ride home since I live just a few miles from the dealership . I told him “no rush” and I appreciate that he was trying to get me in & out as fast as possible. Nick was very polite, courteous and extremely professional. I hope he sticks around. More
Exceptionally bad experience! Failed to forward required info to DMV, and as a result, we are at 90-+ days without license plates. WE HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT TO DMV. We paid for an extended warranty but it was not delivered to us until we consulted an attorney and threatened a civil suit; again 90 +days into our contract.. I would never consider this firm again. The service rep had no clue and question the validity of the coupon. It was a long process to have the service rep confirm if they would honor the coupon. Overall, the coupon was the reason I made the appointment. I did not like that experience. In retrospect not good customer service displayed. Although the problem I had with my car was repaired, I had to be very persistent on receiving the 10% discout, and despute the $165.00 diagnosis fee which the coupon stated would not be included, if repaired services were applied. More
