Poor customer service. Vehicle was brought in for check engine light, and 4 recall items. Was told to anticipate a full day of work, so I brought vehicle in early at 0800 fo Vehicle was brought in for check engine light, and 4 recall items. Was told to anticipate a full day of work, so I brought vehicle in early at 0800 for a 1000 appointment. Did not receive a call during the day to update me, or a return call from the 2 messages I had left, so I called at 3pm and was told they would need another hour. Arrived to dealership at 4pm and waited until 5 for them to tell me they needed it overnight. Next day I made 3 separate calls to try and figure when I could pick up my truck. No return call on any messages I left. Finally received a call at 3 telling me vehicle was ready. I asked when it had been finished and was told it was done several hours ago. Poor communication throughout entire visit. Excuse given to me by service advisor was that they were short handed. This is not an isolated instance either, I have experienced the same poor customer service on previous visits. I am considering drive by the extra distance to Fairfield instead of having to use Vallejo in future. More

Wait time The wait time is terrible. 4 hours for an oil change and check engine light which I knew was the thermostat and stated as such but they could not fix The wait time is terrible. 4 hours for an oil change and check engine light which I knew was the thermostat and stated as such but they could not fix it because they did not have the part but it took 4 hours to tell me that. It is not the first time I had to wait a long time. Oh and I had an appointment. I am so disappointed with Chrysler Service. More

Awful, dishonest, unscrupulous, unethical. This dealership has a horrible reputation, and are as dishonest as they come. They have a reputation for doing yo-yo financing, in which they get peop This dealership has a horrible reputation, and are as dishonest as they come. They have a reputation for doing yo-yo financing, in which they get people with less-than-stellar credit to drive away with the car, and then come back and either put more money down or agree to a higher finance charge. I even had one of the salesman (Ray Tlustos) tell me to allow my vehicle to be voluntarily repossessed, so that he could sell me a car for a higher monthly payment. Never mind the fact that I have kids that need to go to school, a wife that needs to go to work, so that I can pay my bills and stay in my house and live, all he cared about was making a sale at my expense....the guy even met my wife and kids. They lied to my face about me being financed with a certain company, and then when I called the company, the company had no record of them even submitting paperwork to them for any loan. They (Tony West) also lied and said that it takes the company 10 to 15 days, when in actuality, it actually takes the company 2 to 3 days to finance people and fund the company, they got upset, told me to give back the car, and then made me wait 3 hours to return my down payment. They claim that their card machine didn't work, and that they didn't have cash on hand to give me, and that I would have to wait until Tuesday for them to cut me a check. When I suggested that they may have limits on there card machine for refunds, they said they did not, and then we went to the parts department to do the refund and I have them break up my down payment into three portions and it worked. Luckily, I was able to get my down payment returned to me. One of the managers (Tony West) was so rude to me, he and I had a shouting match, and he threatened to call the police on me, when in actuality, they are the ones who are the real criminals. If you're in the market for purchasing a new or used vehicle, do not go to these people! They will rip you off, abused you, and try to make it seem as if you're the one that's wrong for not allowing them to rip you off. I ended up leaving and going to CarMax in Fairfield, and met with a very nice young lady, where I was pre-approved for three auto loans on the spot. This was after I was told by the General Manager (Al Rodriguez) to give him back his vehicle, after I told him what was going on with the financing, and that I read online that they are scamming people. I GLADLY returned that vehicle! Momentum's game is to keep running your credit to the point that it gets really bad, count on you not having a vehicle, and then set you up to pay more money for a car that's already depreciated. Also keep in mind that this is a California dealership, but all of the sales managers and salespeople are from Florida and Texas. This reeks of the company cleaning house, firing everyone, and quickly replacing them with people from somewhere else to keep the company going, as opposed to hiring people from California. All of the people in the sales in management department are snakes. Every single last one of them! More
